# Class 2007 Top 100 guard E'twaun Moore of East Chicago-Central, Ind., has chosen Purdue over Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Cincinnati, Miami-Florida, Georgia Tech and Tennessee, among others. The Boilermakers recently pledged Class 2007 Top 100 center/forward JaJuan Johnson of Indianapolis-Franklin Central, Ind.

# Class 2007 Top 100 forward Rob Hummel of Valparaiso, Ind., is set to announce on Monday (July 17) between Purdue and Indiana.

# The Florida Gators have a commitment from Class 2007 Top 100 forward Alex Tyus of Cincinnati-Harmony Christian, Ohio.

# Class 2006 Top 100 guard Doneal Mack of Statesville-Christian, NC., who was released for qualifying problems after signing with Florida, has enrolled at Memphis.

# Redshirt-sophomore guard Troy Mathis of Raleigh, NC/Laurinburg Prep, NC., is transfering from Clemson.

# Freshman guard Collin Robinson of West Covina-Diamond Bar, Cal., is transfering from Southern California to Cornell.

# Junior forward Sam Mauldin of Wedowee-Woodland, Ala/Shelton State CC, Ala., is transfering from Birmingham-Southern, which dropped D-1 basketball, to Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

# Sophomore guard Collin Dennis of North Richland Hills-Richland, Tex., is transfering from South Florida to North Texas.

# Class 2007 Top 100 forward Kenyan Harmon of North Augusta, SC/Patterson School, NC., has chosen Charlotte.

East:
# Class 2007 guard Joey Rodriquez of Winter Park-Lake Howell, Fla., decommitted from UMass.
# Pittsburgh has a commitment from Class 2007 guard Darnell Dodson of Greenbelt-Eleanor Roosevelt, Md.
# Clemson has a commitment from Class 2007 Super Prospect guard Terrence Oglesby of Cleveland-Bradley Central, Tenn., over Michigan. Among others were Miami-Florida, Virginia Tech, Charlotte and Washington State.
# Niagara has signed three Class 2006 guards in Tyrone Lewis of Levittown-Truman, Pa; Rydell Brooks of Akron-Buchtel, Ohio; and Javonte Clanton of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
# Seton Hall has a commitment from Class 2007 forward Michael Glover of Bronx-Monroe, NY/Chicago Boys to Men Academy, Ill.
# VCU has pledged Class 2007 guard DeLuis Ramirez of Miami-Northwest Christian Academy, Fla/Odessa CC, Tex.

Midwest:
# Michigan has a commitment from Class 2007 Top 100 guard Corperryale Harris of Detroit-Redford, Mich., over Indiana, Wisconsin, Tennessee and UCLA.
# One of the top prospects in Class 2007, forward Bill Walker of Cincinnati-North College Hill, Ohio, will not be allowed to play this upcoming season because he has used up all of his eight semesters of eligibility, the Ohio High School Athletic Association has ruled. Walker played a year as a ninth-grader at Ashland-Rose Hill Christian, Ky., before enrolling at North College Hill as an eighth-grader in February 2003. North College Hill officials have said they believed Walker had four full seasons of eligibility remaining. Walker, who averaged 21.7 points and 10.1 rebounds last season, was considering a commitment to USC, Kansas State or Florida. It is believed he might explore attending a fifth-year prep school and then head to college for the 2007-08 season.
# Considered the top prospect in Class 2007, guard OJ Mayo of Cincinnati-North College Hill, Ohio, who averaged 28.6 points as a junior, has refuted reports that he had committed to the Southern California Trojans over Kansas State and Florida.
# Southern Illinois has a commitment from Class 2007 center Nick Evans of Bridgeport-Red Hill, Ill.
# Class 2006 guard Gal Mekel of Israel has chosen Wichita State over Providence. Mekel will captain Israel's 18-and-under team in the European championships. He attracted attention in the Albert Schweitzer under-18 tournament in Germany by scoring 31 points with five assists against Spain and 29 points with six assists against the United States.
# Marquette sophomore forward Ryan Amoroso of Burnsville, Minn., is expected to walk-on at UNLV.
# Guard Chris Singletary of Chicago-Farragut, Ill/Florida Prep Academy, Fla., once headed to Missouri before the coaching change, has picked Kent State.
# Western Illinois has a commitment from Class 2007 guard Larry Dumas of Chicago Heights-Bloom Township, Ill. The Leathernecks also signed Class 2006 forward Mahamoud Diakite of France/Stoneridge Prep, Cal.

South:
# New Orleans and new coach Buzz Williams have given releases to two signees in guard Jermonte Bush of Tallahassee, Fla/Genesis One, Miss; and forward Alvardo Parker of Phillips CC, Tex.
# South Alabama signed two transfers in forward Brandon Davis of Birmingham-West End, Ala/Jacksonville State/Birmingham-Southern; and center Ernest Little of Mobile-Monroe County, Ala/UAB.
# Southeastern Louisiana signed forward Tavaris Nance of Fort Lauderdale, Fla/St. Petersburg CC, Fla.

Southwest:
# Class 2006 forward Anthony Harris of Fort Worth-OD Wyatt, Tex., who did not qualify after signing with Prairie View A&M, will attend prep school at Life Christian, according to TexasHoops.Com.
# Texas-Arlington pledged Class 2007 guard DeAndre Brown of Fort Worth-Dunbar, Tex., over Nebraska, Houston and SMU, according to TexasHoops.Com.

West:
# The Southern California Trojans added to their 2006 class with the late signing of forward Kyle Austin of Pasadena, Cal.
# Junior guard Kevin Kruger of Marietta-Walton, Ga., who was the leading scorer for Arizona State, has graduated and will transfer to UNLV to play his father, coach Lon Kruger. A new NCAA rule allows players to transfer without redshirting a year as long as they graduated and have one year of eligibility remaining. To replace Kruger, the Sun Devils added Class 2006 guard Derek Glasser of Lakewood-Artesia, Cal., who had planned to walk-on at USC.
# Marquette sophomore forward Ryan Amoroso of Burnsville, Minn., is expected to walk-on at UNLV.
# Northern Colorado has signed guard/forward Tommie Clark of Detroit-Romulus, Mich; and forward Chris Kaba of Merrillville-Andrean, Ind.
# Forward Dale Vanwright of Houston-Bellaire, Tex., who had signed with Colorado, will reclassify to 2007 and attend San Antonio-Cornerstone Christian, Tex.
